Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for on-sale items unless the items are damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We do not accept returns for Custom Products.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please contact help@Arslanoracing.com. In your email, include:

  • Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
  • Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
  • The email address you used to complete your order
  • Photo proof that the kit is unopened 

A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24-48 hours. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you’re within the US, our recommendation is to use USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.

Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).

Timeframe For Returns

Returns are processed during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-6pm).

Upon receipt of your package, you will receive an email confirming receipt that our Exchanges & Returns team has received your item(s). 

Within 24 hours, a member of our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are unopened and in their original condition.

Upon passing our inspection, a refund is issued and notification sent to you. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed (refunds received outside of business hours will be processed in the order in which they are received.) 

If your item(s) fail inspection, we will inform you of our decision and either mail the item(s) back to you at your own expense or destroy them. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please contact help@Arslanoracing.com. In your email, include:

  • Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
  • Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
  • The email address you used to complete your order

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours from when they are received. Due t relays related to COVID-19, you may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed (ie you haven’t received a tracking number yet. 

Cancellation Timeframe 

After your order cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed by your financial institution.

To keep the cost of our Products low and pass the savings on to you, we ship a majority of our Products directly from our warehouses and manufacturing facilities located in China’s Jiangsu Province. Under usual circumstances, total delivery time is 10-30 days depending on your location (excluding processing times). Due to COVID-19, expect delivery between 15-60 days.
